It is quick and easy to report a repair online at any time of the day online or you can report it via live chat during working hours.
To report a repair online and book an appointment, you will need to register. You will need your tenancy number, your email address, name and your date of birth. If your email address is different from the one held on our systems, you will need to contact us to update it.
